Congratulations to the Kiss MUDGIRL Crew of 2024!!!

After 16 weeks of sweating in the gym, tackling stairs outside and fine-tuning nutrition, hydration and “team gear” for the big race day, this crew of 12 women crushed the MUDGIRL race in Calgary on August 24th! Running together as a team, supporting each other through any challenges that came up - everyone completed all 16 obstacles, finishing covered in mud with big smiles and happy hearts.

The training was awesome. Bear crawls, kettle bells, the pull thing. It was like Allison was part of the course setup. Bravo! We did that with ease and lots of laughs!
