Women’s Adventure Training
Join Our All Female Tribe!
Be a part of our Women’s Adventure Training Team. Great for all fitness levels, ages and abilities.
This program runs for 16 weeks with training sessions held on Wednesdays at 7PM & Sundays at 9AM, starting September 4th, 2024.
Workouts are adaptable for all fitness levels and will include a blend of indoor and outdoor activities (weather dependent).
Indoor sessions held @ Evolve Strength Royal Oak (memberships NOT required), outdoor sessions @ nearby parks
Includes: 30 team workouts, weekly optional challenges and individualized check ins to improve strength, mobility & endurance
Enjoy the support of other women as we train and laugh together including optional “adventures” along the way such as snowshoeing, a Stocking Fun Run & whatever other “adventures” life presents!
